Information you provide

Our inquiry form asks for your name, work email, company and project details, with optional website and location information. We use these details to respond, discuss services and manage the conversation. Please do not send patient records, sensitive financial information or passwords.

Forms, bookings and hosting

Inquiry submissions are processed through FormSubmit and delivered to our studio inbox. Appointments use Cal.com, which receives the details you provide when you continue to its calendar. Our hosting and service providers may process connection information, including IP addresses, for delivery, security and operation. Their own privacy notices explain their practices.

Cookies and browser storage

We store a timestamp in your browser for up to six months to remember when you dismiss our privacy notice. We have not installed analytics or advertising trackers on this site. FormSubmit and Cal.com process information when you submit an inquiry or open the booking calendar; their own privacy notices apply to their services. You can reopen Cookie information at the bottom of every page.

Access, retention and choices

Inquiry correspondence may be retained while discussing or providing services and where needed for business records. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you have provided, or to ask about retention. We review requests subject to applicable obligations. We do not use this site for cross-site behavioral advertising.
